REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund - will be given if item is faulty. Buyer must provide proof of purchase. Item must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 30 days from delivery date, please email jindigenousdesigns@gmail.com for any refund enquiries. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and if item is deemed to be faulty, buyer will be reimbursed for return shipping cost.

Exchange - items may be exchanged due to incorrect size, for the same item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return unwanted item and re-sending of new item. Please email jindigenousdesigns@gmail.com for any exchange enquiries.
