Things You Need to Know

At J Indigenous Designs, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.


- Please read shipping information before purchasing! 

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order as J Indigenous Designs does not accept responsibility for items not received due to incorrect address.

- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed.

- We ship at 6.30am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Any orders received after 6pm the night before will be shipped on the next shipping day. 

- We ship from Townsville 4817, with Australia post, standard and express shipping options. 

- Please allow enough time for your order to make it to you, taking into consideration for any delays that may occur with Australia post which are outside our control.

- If you need something shipped urgently please contact us. 

- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail.

- Please contact Australia post for any enquiries about tracking issues such as no updates showing 

- We now ship internationally.


- An item may be returned for exchange of size or item of the same value, please contact us within 7 days of receiving. 

- Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

- We do not issue refunds for change of mind.

- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days from receiving and we will arrange a new item/ refund.
